Job summary

Housing and Development Board is seeking an Estate Manager in the Policy Development Section to develop new policies and review existing ones governing the sale and purchase of public housing and allocation of new flats. You will work with data-driven studies to assess policy options and post-implementation reviews.

You may rotate to Customer Relations Manager roles to deliver services to applicants and residents, including case processing and appeals handling, while coordinating with MND SCED

Qualifications

• A good degree, preferably in economics, real estate and/or social sciences.
• Comfortable with numbers and familiar with data analytics.
• Able to engage and balance interests of stakeholders and find a common position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review public housing policies relating to flat sales, purchases and allocation.
• Collaborate with operational departments, MND and communications teams on policy implementation and announcements.
• Rotate into customer-facing roles involving case management, stakeholder engagement and appeals handling.
