Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in strategic planning, policy analysis, and/or project management.
• Interest in workforce development and job security issues.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the TJC Secretariat and NTUC platforms.
• Research labour market trends and AI adoption to inform planning.
• Draft briefing notes, minutes, and progress reports.
• Monitor progress of TJC initiatives and flag risks.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal and external partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops.
• Support department leadership in achieving job security priorities.
