National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager in the Policy and Innovation Team to advance AI-ready workforce initiatives under the AI-Ready SG program. You will develop policy ideas, monitor progress, and coordinate with government agencies, training providers, and industry partners.

The role demands strong policy analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement skills, plus experience in programme design and project management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze policies and craft actionable proposals.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across government, industry, and providers.
• Strong research skills to scan trends, data, and workforce frameworks.
• Competence in designing programmes and coordinating cross‑unit initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Research and develop policy proposals to promote AI adoption and readiness among workers across industries.
• Monitor and evaluate AI-Ready SG milestones and outcomes against targets.
• Engage with government agencies, training providers, and industry partners to coordinate AI upskilling programmes.
• Prepare policy papers, reports, and materials for reviews and external engagements.
• Collaborate with the Planning team and Job Security Directorate to align AI-Ready SG with workforce strategies.
• Support outreach events, workshops, and forums to raise awareness of AI opportunities.
