Job summary

Responsibilities

• Global insights & best practices through horizon scanning and adaptation to local context.
• Coordinate across JSC units and NTUC divisions for cohesive planning.
• Identify tech-enabled solutions and collaborate with Transformation Office to integrate NTUC systems.
• Develop and implement a communications strategy for JSC with consistent messaging.
• Own statistical tracking of JSC effectiveness and report progress to leadership.
• Serve as secretariat for JSC meetings and prepare progress reports for the Board and stakeholders.
