Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop financial models and market assessments.
• Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or growth projects is advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual strategic planning cycles and quarterly business reviews.
• Governance and execution tracking of transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, market assessments and financial models.
• Conduct strategic studies on market expansion, partnerships and acquisitions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership, strategy reviews and Board meetings.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and implementation of key projects.
• Establish best-practice frameworks, processes and performance tracking for growth.
