Job summary

The Cap Consulting Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Corporate Business Planning professional in Singapore. You will support the CEO and senior leadership with strategic analyses for investments, portfolio decisions, and corporate planning.

Qualifications

• Around 6 to 9 years of experience in M&A, business planning, strategy, FP&A, valuations or financial due diligence.
• Open to management/Big 4 M&A and valuation modelling consultants with relevant experience; also open to in-house strategy/corporate planning experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills with hands-on M&A experience.
• Experience preparing board meeting and CEO office deliverables is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with data structuring and cross-checking prowess.
• Ability to work with senior management across different business units and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board reporting analysis and long-term cash flow projections.
• Consolidate board papers and coordinate reporting timelines.
• Create annual townhall materials and consolidate content.
• Execute ad-hoc projects to improve reporting accuracy and insights.
• Build and assess financial models for corporate and asset-level investments.
• Coordinate end-to-end M&A processes and asset data analyses.
• Maintain documentation of investment decisions.
• Track KPI reports and suggest dashboard improvements.
• Guide group companies and subsidiaries on ad-hoc analyses and harmonization.
