Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop financial models and market assessments.
• Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or growth projects is advantageous.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisation's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include:

• Lead annual strategic planning cycles and facilitate quarterly business reviews across the organisation
• Drive governance and execution tracking of transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and achievement of strategic objectives
• Develop business cases, market assessments and financial models to support growth initiatives and investment decisions
• Conduct strategic studies covering market expansion, new business opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, strategic review and Board meetings
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, decision-making and implementation of key projects
• Establish best-practice frameworks, processes and performance tracking mechanisms to support sustainable growth

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of experience within corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategy & operations or related advisory environments
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, market assessments and strategic business evaluation
• Exposure to M&A, joint ventures, partnerships or business expansion projects would be advantageous
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong project management and execution capabilities with experience driving outcomes in complex organisations
• Degree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
