Job summary

The Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior Executive in Planning and Performance Management (PPM) to support strategic planning, coordination of annual work plans, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard framework. The role involves stakeholder engagement, logistics, and preparing presentation materials.

You will contribute to data analytics, dashboard production, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning data cataloguing, testing, and secretariat support for improvement

Qualifications

• A good degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with healthcare experience (2 years).
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience and skills in project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation's strategic planning process by coordinating Advance sessions and annual work planning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage logistics; prepare presentation materials.
• Support the Balanced Scorecard framework with regular reporting (dashboard and statistics).
• Assist in data analytics, prepare and distribute insights across platforms (e.g., Tableau dashboards).
• Maintain data catalogues/dictionaries and assist in user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
• Provide secretariat support for VDC-related meetings and other initiatives.
