Job summary

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) invites applications for a Senior / Assistant Manager to drive NCCS's strategic planning and performance management using the Balanced Scorecard framework. You will support Senior Management in shaping NCCS's strategic direction, translate high-level strategies into actionable objectives, craft executive presentations, and lead KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public policy, economics, sciences, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or performance management.
• Experience in healthcare or public sector is an advantage.
• Proven track record preparing presentations and briefs for senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and other M365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of NCCS' strategy in close partnership with Senior Management
• Craft compelling executive presentations and briefs that help to shape NCCS' strategic direction, cancer service planning, and resource priorities
• Design, implement and continuously enhance NCCS' performance management framework. Execute Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reporting and analysis, KPI target setting, and provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management
• Play a pivotal role in Senior Management meetings by crafting agendas, synthesising complex discussions into actionable notes, and driving timely follow-up to ensure decisions translate into results
• Coordinate strategic projects and participate in NCCS committees to advance institutional priorities
• Proactively identify and engage internal stakeholders to build alignment and support for strategic initiatives
