Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an Executive for Executive, Strategic Planning and Evaluation (PHIC) to drive hospital-wide programme planning and implementation. The role involves coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, developing protocols, and overseeing project governance.

The candidate will manage budgeting, reporting, and Secretariat duties while supporting the Division of Population Health & Integrated Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in programme/project management or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, administrative and time management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining meticulous and organized.
• Excellent planning and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work individually or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the strategic planning, development, and implementation of the Programme.
• Facilitate collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to develop initiatives and protocols.
• Manage and support project implementation: scoping, analysis, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Create and update databases to aid consolidation, progress tracking, and evaluation.
• Secretariat and administrative support duties for the Programme and Division.
• Recommend, monitor and control Programme/Division budgets to meet objectives.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
