Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Commercial Planning leader to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization across International Wealth channels.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape workforce strategy, lead capacity planning, and develop commercial analyses that inform management decisions—bringing a regional, cross-border mindset to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a track record in planning and forecasting.
• Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Support annual business planning, operating plan, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation processes.
• Develop business cases, financial models and commercial assessments to drive growth investments.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support sustainable growth across International Wealth corridors.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount management and talent investment initiatives across markets.
• Design and review revenue sharing and partnership models with internal teams.
