Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking an AVP for Corporate Development & Business Planning to lead commercial planning, workforce strategy and strategic partnerships across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work with senior leaders to develop plans, financial models and growth initiatives, spanning wealth, private banking and international markets.

Bring a Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years in commercial planning, strategy or wealth management, with strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial planning, corporate strategy or wealth management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation with business cases and financial models.
• Develop investment prioritization and provide commercial insights for growth initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount management and talent development across markets.
• Support partnerships, governance and revenue-sharing frameworks with internal teams.
• Conduct market assessments and prepare management papers for senior leadership.
