DBS invites a seasoned strategic planning leader to join the COO Office in Consumer Banking Group Singapore. You will shape business strategy with senior leaders, translate insights into executive-ready narratives, and drive cross-functional programs across DBS Asia Central.

You will develop external perspectives, analyse trends, and communicate priorities to regulators and partners, helping DBS stay at the forefront of digital banking and growth across Asia.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning.
• Growth mindset, open-mindedness, and resilient.
• Strong critical, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with accountability.
• Adept at collaborating with diverse senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate complex topics to senior management.
• Ability to deliver high-quality executive presentations quickly with attention to detail.
• Excellent office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.

• Support the Consumer Banking Group Singapore Head and COO in strategic planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define short and long-term business priorities.
• Identify and analyze emerging trends through research and provide recommendations.
• Gather and synthesize insights from external sources for focus areas.
• Share insights with management to inform strategic actions and refine execution.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise messages for stakeholders.
• Develop narratives and presentations to articulate the business vision for executives and partners.
• Develop and drive leadership engagement plans.
