OCBC Singapore is seeking a commercially driven and highly analytical professional to join the Corporate Development & Business Planning team supporting International Wealth across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will drive growth through planning, workforce strategy and strategic partnerships, working with senior leaders across OCBC’s regional entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in commercial planning, corporate strategy, workforce planning, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support annual business planning, OP, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and commercial assessments for growth initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and talent investment initiatives across markets.
• Design and review revenue-sharing frameworks and partnership models.
• Prepare management papers, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR and Operations to ensure governance.
