Support annual business planning, Operating Plan (OP), budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes. Develop business cases, financial models, and commercial assessments to support growth initiatives and investment decisions. Support investment prioritization across key International Wealth client corridors and growth markets. Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive sustainable business growth.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams across OCBC Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and other regional entities to develop workforce strategies aligned with business priorities. Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and talent investment initiatives across multiple markets. Support talent sourcing, mobility, and development strategies to strengthen the International Wealth talent pipeline. Drive talent incubation and capability‑building programmes to develop future International Wealth Relationship Managers and specialists. Support talent conversion and career progression pathways, including initiatives that enable various talents to transition into International Wealth roles. Monitor workforce capacity, talent pipelines, and hiring progress to ensure alignment with business growth plans.
Support the onboarding, governance, and development of strategic partnerships and Referral Intermediary (RI) arrangements. Develop business papers, approval submissions, and commercial evaluations for partnership initiatives. Design and review revenue‑sharing frameworks and partnership commercial models. Evaluate new partnership opportunities and support implementation across business and support functions. Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution and governance.
Conduct market assessments, competitor analysis, and opportunity evaluations to support business growth priorities. Prepare management papers, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership discussions. Drive cross‑functional collaboration to support key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline. Typically 8-12 years of relevant experience in commercial planning, corporate strategy, workforce planning, business development, consulting, wealth management, banking, or financial services. Strong understanding of business planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial evaluation. Experience partnering with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent development, organizational capability building, or resource strategy initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to work across multiple functions and markets and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services will be advantageous.
