Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a new initiative linking hospital, primary, specialist and community care for integrated, person-centred care and smooth transitions to the community.

The role covers programme conceptualisation, planning, governance, performance monitoring and reporting, plus administrative duties supporting Division-wide projects and committees.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Experience in programme/project management or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, administrative and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task while being meticulous and organised.
• Excellent planning and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both individually and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the Programme.
• Develop and implement programme protocols, workflows and communications materials.
• Manage full project cycle including scope, milestones, resources, budget, risks and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate programme data, monitor progress and propose improvements.
• Secretariat duties and administrative support for Programme and committees.
• Draft proposals and slides for presentations and submissions.
• Support stakeholder engagement and oversee project resources to achieve outcomes.
• Organise, coordinate and support Division submissions and other administrative duties.
