Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Manager-level professional to support the Group Director and Corporate Services Group in corporate coordination, leadership engagement and strategic planning. The role functions as a key coordination point for GDO/workplanning and CEO Office engagements, requiring strong writing, stakeholder management and planning across multiple reporting lines.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Public Policy, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for briefing materials and senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GD/CSG support and GDO activities, including calendar management and executive coordination.
• Facilitate CSG governance, secretariat duties and meeting follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate CSG leadership engagements and townhalls, including logistics and preparation of talking points.
• Organise GD/CSG tea sessions and CEO tea sessions with logistics and minutes.
• Plan CSR and staff engagement activities in collaboration with S&T/OD and corporate functions.
• Coordinate CSG annual workplanning and consolidate submissions for GD/CSG clearance.
• Monitor workplans and report progress for S&T budgeting and HSA planning processes.
• Coordinate annual S&T budget exercise and support corporate planning activities.
