GovTech invites a capable planning professional to shape the organisation’s medium- to long-term strategy, ensure strong governance, and drive performance across Singapore’s public sector.

The role covers strategy development, research on macro trends, governance and risk management, and close collaboration with ministries and agencies to advance GovTech’s mission and digital public service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a planning-related role, preferably with exposure to economics, strategy development, or policy work.
• Experience in research and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior management.
• Demonstrated interest in public service and supporting the growth of Singapore enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Planning – Support the formulation and execution of medium- to long-term organisational strategies.
• Research & Analysis – Conduct research and analysis on global economic, macroeconomic, and geopolitical trends and distill insights for decision-making.
• Corporate Governance & Performance Management – Support governance frameworks and performance monitoring.
