Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Manager-level professional to support the Group Director (GD)/Corporate Services Group (CSG) and Strategy & Transformation (S&T) across corporate coordination, leadership engagement and strategic planning. The officer will coordinate workplans, support CEO Office engagements and help monitor cross-organisational work across reporting lines.

Qualifications

4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, governance/secretariat, or related fields.
Strong project management and coordination skills handling multiple workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences; briefing materials and presentations.
Ability to work across reporting lines, discretion, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

GD/CSG support and GDO coordination, including executive support and calendar management.
CSG governance, secretariat duties and meeting follow-up.
Coordinate CSG leadership engagements and GD talking points.
Board governance and leadership engagement activities like CEO Tea Sessions and CSR/staff engagement.
Strategic planning and transformation tasks: workplanning, progress reviews, budget coordination, events forecast.
