Job summary

Quess Selection & Services is seeking a Business Strategy Planning Executive in East Singapore to support post-sales operations, spare parts distribution and regional planning. You will engage in business planning, data analysis, project coordination and process improvements across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategy or analytics, with familiarity in BI tools such as Power BI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business strategy, project management, analytics or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project coordination and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business data, performance trends and KPIs, and prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support business reviews and strategic planning activities.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and business improvement projects.
• Track project progress, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Identify business risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional affiliates, suppliers and other stakeholders.
