Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a life insurance firm in Singapore to drive regional performance reporting, planning, and governance. You will interact with senior stakeholders to support growth objectives and cross-functional initiatives.

The role involves developing regional business plans, preparing insights and KPI dashboards, and coordinating KPI tracking across units. Strong Excel skills, analytics, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in business planning, management reporting, corporate planning, strategy, or performance management.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present business data.
• Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of regional business plans and performance management initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, business insights, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate development, tracking, and reporting of business KPIs across regional units.
• Organise board and management meetings, prepare materials, and ensure governance compliance.
• Maintain corporate governance records, authority registers, and corporate schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business planning projects.
• Support regional meetings, conferences, and planning-related projects as required.
