Job summary

DAIKIN ASIA SERVICING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BSP Executive to support strategic planning, execution and performance monitoring across the organisation. You will work closely with the BSP Manager to research, analyse data, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare reports for decision makers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement, Analytics or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with project coordination, performance monitoring and process improvement.
• Experience in spare parts distribution, manufacturing, logistics or aftersales is a plus.
• Experience in market and business research to support planning and decision making.

Responsibilities

RESPONSILIBITIES

Summary

The Business Strategy Planning (BSP) Executive supports the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of strategic business initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with the BSP Manager, the Executive conducts research and business analysis, coordinates cross‑functional initiatives, monitors project progress, and prepares reports to support informed decision‑making. The role also contributes to process improvement, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Areas

1. Business Analysis & Strategic Support

• Analyse business data and performance trends, prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support business reviews, and strategic planning activities.

2. Strategic Initiative Execution

• Coordinate and support the implementation of strategic initiatives and business improvement projects
• Track progress, manage project documentation, and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and highlight potential risks, issues, or gaps that may impact project outcomes.

3. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate results against targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance, processes and operational efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with internal departments, regional affiliates, suppliers and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Facilitate information sharing, align project activities and ensure effective communication across functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• 2–5 years of working experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Analytics or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in project coordination, business performance monitoring, and process improvement.
• Prior experience in the spare parts distribution, manufacturing, logistics or aftersales industry is a plus.
• Experience in market and business research to support strategic planning and decision-making is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline.

Other requirements

• Possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Candidate with knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles are encouraged to apply.
