Job summary

LUCE MAINTENANCE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Corporate Planning Associate to document office-level processes across all departments and work closely with management to improve operations.

You will gain insights into the processes behind running a company, join a driven team, receive ongoing feedback, and grow with the firm as it executes its growth plans in the pipeline.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in corporate planning, strategical or managerial roles, or roles with regular problem solving and solution implementation.
  • Strong English writing ability.
  • Analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning.
  • Accounting/Finance/IT background can be advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Periodically rotate through the work duties of executive-level staff in sales, customer support, and billing departments.
  • Propose modifications for the work duties of executive staff to increase work efficiency and reduce human error.
  • Track changes in work processes and periodically update standard operating procedure manuals.
  • Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors.
  • Create plans for implementing business strategies.
  • Understand and shape the company's strategy and mission, including growth planning for specific departments.
  • Assess the company's operational and strategic performance.
  • Align processes, resources planning and department goals with the company strategy.
  • Provide support to executive staff during significant organizational changes.

Job description

We're looking for someone to document and create SOP manuals for the work processes of all office-level executives in all departments of the company. We aim to find someone who is keen to work closely with the management in improving the firm's operations, and to be involved in the growth of the company. The Corporate Planning Assocaite will be responsible for improving efficiency through recording existing operation processes and thinking of ways to improve on them.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the processes behind running a company. You'll be working on a wide range of issues, which provide a good learning experience to hone your skills. You will need strong writing skills, logical thinking skills, attention to detail and high fluency in English.

In this role, you will be given the chance to work on interesting projects, and you'll be part of a wider team who are driven to grow the company further. Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a corporate planning, strategical or managerial role OR any role with a in which you were able to engage regularly with problem solving and implementing solutions.   • Strong English writing ability
  • Accounting / Finance / IT background can be advantageous but not required
