Barrington James is seeking an Account Manager for a leading global pharmaceutical client in Singapore. The role focuses on driving growth across assigned accounts, building strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and delivering tailored clinical discussions to support patient journeys.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy or life sciences degree, 4+ years in pharma sales or account management, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Formación

• 4+ years in an MNC environment, with at least 2 years in healthcare
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management or customer engagement
• Strong track record of achieving sales results
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Strong business acumen, communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas is welcome

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth across assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
• Identify key decision-makers, business opportunities, access barriers, and customer needs
• Build trusted relationships with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers and other healthcare stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality product discussions tailored to HCP needs and patient journeys
• Stay updated on relevant clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market developments
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other cross-functional teams
• Share customer and market insights to support portfolio strategy and execution
