Barrington James Limited in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager – Pharmaceutical to drive portfolio growth and build strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.

You will develop strategic account plans, identify key decision-makers, and deliver tailored product discussions across multiple therapeutic areas, collaborating with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least four years in an MNC, including two years in healthcare.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management or customer engagement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth across assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Identify key decision-makers, business opportunities, access barriers, and customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality product discussions tailored to HCP needs and patient journeys.
• Stay updated on relevant clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market developments.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
• Share customer and market insights to support portfolio strategy and execution.
