• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of people analytics solutions for business and HR stakeholders.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Deliver deep-dive analysis on headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, diversity, and productivity.
• Support strategic workforce planning with scenario modelling and forecasting.
• Own executive dashboards and reporting using Workday, Power BI and other HR tools.
• Improve data governance, privacy, and data quality across people data sources.
