Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Partner – People Data Analytics in Singapore. You will transform people data into insights to improve workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, employee experience, and business performance.

You will combine advanced analytics, dashboards, and workforce intelligence to develop analytical frameworks, predictive insights, and reporting for senior leaders. This role requires 5+ years in data analytics and experience with enterprise HR systems, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of people analytics solutions.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for executives.
• Deliver deep-dive analyses across headcount, attrition, hiring and mobility.
• Support workforce planning through scenario modelling and forecasting.
• Partner with Organization Development on effectiveness and restructuring.
• Develop executive dashboards using Workday and Power BI.
• Improve data governance and privacy across sources.
• Apply automation and AI-enabled analytics to advance analytics maturity.
