Job summary

Aureus Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll for staff, ensure timely salary payout, and handle CPF calculations. The role reports to the COO and requires close coordination with HR and Finance to ensure accurate HR data and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, payroll inquiries, government submissions, HRIS maintenance, manpower cost forecasting, audits support, and generating reports for directors.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration across the full spectrum of payroll for staff and timely salary payout.
• Process CPF calculation and submission.
• Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, allowances and CPF.
• Liaise with HR Manager on allowances payments.
• Manage all statutory submissions, payments, and government claims processing.
• Maintain HRIS system and coordinate with the system provider for testing/updates.
• Forecast manpower cost and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide payroll information for internal and external audits.
• Prepare employment-related reports for directors for internal/external use.
• Handle tax-related matters for employees.
• Complete relevant government surveys pertaining to HR.
• Calculate and project foreign manpower quota balance & local manpower growth.
• Update/maintain employee records including contracts & personal information.
• Comply with Employment Law to ensure HR procedures meet statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll/HR processes across the team.
• Manage teacher leaves (sick/annual).
• Execute other tasks as instructed by COO.
