Job summary

You will work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into structured workstreams and actionable recommendations. In this role, you will conduct analyses, develop practical deliverables, and contribute to proposals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate into practical insights.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of the banking/financial services sector and commercial considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders to understand challenges and priorities, translating problems into structured workstreams and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for improving performance and customer engagement.
• Develop deliverables including business cases, operating models, customer propositions, product strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare presentations and executive-level materials communicating findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops and governance discussions to align stakeholders and support decisions.
• Coordinate workstreams across engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply knowledge of financial services trends to develop relevant client recommendations and contribute to proposals and client relationships.
