Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–10 years of relevant professional experience in management or financial services consulting.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and synthesis abilities.
• Experience contributing to or leading client-facing projects with stakeholder management.
• Understanding of banking/financial services sector and commercial considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business challenges and desired outcomes, translating problems into structured workstreams and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for improving performance and customer engagement.
• Develop consulting deliverables such as business cases, operating models and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare presentations and executive-level materials communicating analytical findings and proposed solutions.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops and governance discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple engagements, maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development; senior consultants may lead client engagements.
