WE Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Consultant or Senior Client Consultant to support strategic and execution-focused engagements for banking and financial services clients. You will work across multiple engagements with client stakeholders and internal teams to structure problems, develop actionable solutions and drive projects from scoping to execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in management or financial services consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA is a plus for Senior Consultant.
• Demonstrated consulting toolkit: problem-solving, analytics, synthesis and stakeholder management.
• Experience contributing to or leading client-facing projects.
• For Senior Consultant: engagement leadership and senior stakeholder management.
• Understanding of financial services and banking; cards/payments experience is advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical insights and actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; develop senior-management materials.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to present data clearly.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.

• Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business challenges and priorities.
• Structure ambiguous problems into workstreams, hypotheses, analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize findings and identify opportunities.
• Develop frameworks, business cases, operating models, propositions and roadmaps.
• Create executive-ready presentations and compelling storylines.
• Facilitate client interviews, workshops and governance discussions for alignment.
• Manage workstreams and priorities across engagements with quality and timelines.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, risk, product, data and innovation teams.
• Apply financial services trends and commercial drivers to strengthen recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals, opportunities and client relationships; mentor junior team members.
