Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of technology risk management or cybersecurity.
• Experience leading AI risk adoption with governance and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to define review/approval for AI-assisted recommendations with security and auditability.
• Expertise in risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements for financial services.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and translate tech insights to business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and processes.
• Set reuse-first expectations for enterprise AI adoption with governance and data handling.
• Identify and escalate emerging technology risks using firm frameworks and provide expert counsel.
• Establish relationships with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional leads to ensure compliance.
• Oversee governance of controls, policies, issue management, and governance reporting.
• Establish governance standards for AI-assisted workflows with traceability and regulatory alignment.
