Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology/cybersecurity risk and control management with regulatory focus.
• Experience leading teams within a technology risk or regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of APAC regulations (MAS, HKMA, NFRA, RBI, APRA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management, audits and regulators.
• Capable of navigating large organizations and applying risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead APAC cybersecurity and technology regulatory engagement activities with timely, accurate responses.
• Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within the 1LOD framework.
• Collaborate with global risk and control functions to ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment.
• Evaluate opportunities to enhance 1LOD regulatory, risk and control processes at scale.
• Prepare risk reports and governance materials for senior management forums.
• Lead transformation opportunities in regulatory engagement using innovative tech including AI.
• Serve as subject matter expert on APAC cybersecurity and technology regulations for management and regulators.
