Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Cybersecurity and Technology Controls to identify and mitigate technology risk across the bank’s lines of business. You will provide SME guidance to process owners and ensure controls align with regulatory and firm standards.

You will partner with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, and Regulators to deliver governance reporting and strengthen risk posture using AI-enabled insights and a strong control-testing discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Data Science.
5+ years in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
Payments or financial services sector experience.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-making and translate tech insights into business strategy.
Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support risk workflows with strong validation habits.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective identification, quantification, communication, and management of technology risk.
Develop relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers to enable cross-functional collaboration.
Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft executive-ready reporting.
Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing and action plans with human review.
