Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Cybersecurity and Technology Controls to mitigate tech risks and uphold operational excellence.

You will guide a team, provide expert risk guidance, and ensure controls meet regulatory standards while partnering with product owners and regulators. You will drive innovative risk solutions, synthesize evidence, and deliver executive-ready reporting for a dynamic risk landscape across Commercial, Investment Bank, and Payment Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field with strong technical foundations.
• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or information security.
• Experience in payments or financial services with payments processing knowledge.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate technology insights into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists and data officers to enable collaboration.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and reporting.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior leadership.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend enhancements to regulatory posture.
• Promote AI-assisted control testing while ensuring auditability and proper review.
