Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to mitigate technology risks within Infrastructure Platforms and Cloud Foundational Services in Singapore. Lead regulatory engagements and ensure compliance with evolving requirements for public cloud deployments.

You will guide process owners, partner with stakeholders, and drive innovative risk-based controls while maintaining auditability and regulatory alignment in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technology risk management and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and maintain auditability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis.
• Build robust relationships with Cloud Foundational Services teams and data officers.
• Respond to regulatory queries related to Cloud Foundational Services.
• Analyze impact of new or changed regulatory requirements on public cloud.
• Coordinate with regulatory assessment teams for self-initiated assessments.
• Advise lines of business on how cloud issues affect risk posture.
• Draft and review control procedures aligned with firm standards.
• Align reporting and controls for cloud across the organization.
• Monitor control effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to control testing with human oversight.
