Job summary

SingHealth Integrated Pathology Services (SIPS) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support strategic planning, operational coordination, and service development across the SingHealth cluster. You will work with senior clinical leaders to advance integrated pathology services, including blood bank harmonisation and digital pathology adoption.

You will contribute to manpower planning, KPI monitoring, and cross-institutional collaboration while supporting HR coordination and budget data

Qualifications

A degree in healthcare, biomedical sciences, public health, health administration, or related field.
At least 4 years in healthcare operations, pathology services, or cluster-level service management.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support cluster-wide manpower planning, deployment frameworks, and succession planning across SingHealth institutions.
Coordinate integration and harmonisation of blood bank laboratory services, including standardisation of policies, workflows, and information systems built on WellSky LIS and EPIC NGEMR platforms.
Assist in developing and tracking service strategies for new and expanded pathology services, with regular KPI monitoring and reporting.
Support the implementation of the digital pathology roadmap, including workflow redesign, change management, and capability development for clinical and operational teams.
Assist with HR coordination, training records, and budget data consolidation for SIPS.
