Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a proactive policy and partnerships professional to lead the development and execution of operational policies and service delivery plans for programmes and services aimed at individuals, ensuring alignment with policy intent and outcomes.

You will design, implement and review collaborations with government agencies, unions, community and private sectors, while overseeing partnerships and grant governance to ensure high-quality service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Proven ability to design and review policy and SOPs.
• Experience in managing partnerships and stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and implement partnership collaborations across government, unions, community and private sectors.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and performance oversight with core partner institutes.
• Lead funding scheme implementation, grant governance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operations and grant processes.
• Manage appeals/feedback with cross-agency coordination and SLAs.
