NVPC seeks a Partnerships & Engagement role to drive strategic partnerships and external engagements, aligning with the organisation's social impact mission. You will coordinate across partners, ecosystem stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear objectives and timely follow-through.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in partnership development or stakeholder engagement, preferably within the social sector.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Non-profit Management or a relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in supporting partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in the social sector, non-profit, or purpose-driven organisations is advantageous.
Flexibility to work occasionally during nights or weekends, if required.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and ability to translate intent into actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Support development and management of strategic partnerships and external engagements.
Lead engagements across partners, ecosystem stakeholders, and internal teams with clear objectives and follow-through.
Provide project management support to move initiatives from concept to completion with coordination and monitoring.
Support strategic planning and coordination across initiatives involving the CEO's Office, Corporate Development, and other teams.
