Job summary

NVPC is Singapore's national agency driving the Company of Good initiative, enabling companies to integrate purpose and social impact. We seek a purpose-driven individual to help design, execute and evaluate programmes that encourage corporate giving and volunteering, embedding impact into everyday business.

You will partner with CIP and industry players to scale nationwide momentum. The role focuses on strengthening corporate social impact capabilities, building a vibrant Company of Good

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• ACTA or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and working across different departments and teams.
• Comfortable forging and growing corporate partnerships to deepen organisations' engagement with NVPC.
• Ability to gather and synthesise input from colleagues and stakeholders to inform programme design and improvement.
• A collaborative mindset; experience in partnerships and stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen corporate capabilities in social impact by supporting leadership development programmes.
• Build and grow the Company of Good community through engagement and peer learning.
• Scale impact programmes by planning, delivering and evolving the flagship volunteering initiative.
• Cultivate leads and enable corporates to participate in volunteering programmes.
• Gather insights from partners to inform programme design and improvement.
• Collaborate with CIP colleagues to refine programmes based on ground feedback.
