Job summary

NVPC in Singapore seeks a dynamic professional to lead design and delivery of sector initiatives that strengthen charities' capacity to champion community-driven philanthropy and volunteering. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in service/program design and development.
• Proficient in data analytics to draw insights and inform decisions.
• Strong written English with clear, persuasive communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of sector initiatives to strengthen charities' capacity.
• Build strategic partnerships with community partners, stakeholders, corporates, and regulators.
• Facilitate board/committee volunteer recruitment, matches, and placements via CNPL BoardMatch.
• Coordinate CNPL BoardPulse2.0 self-assessment and governance evaluations.
• Design and deliver the CNPL Changemakers Leadership programme.
• Develop Impact Measurement and Digital Fundraising workshops for giving.sg.
