Job summary

E-Tech Building Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to accelerate market footprint through hunter-focused new business development and strategic alliances. The role also defends revenue by managing renewals and protecting margins.

You will split time ~70% on new business and partnerships, and ~30% on contract management, renewals, and risk mitigation, collaborating with Operations and QS to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales within Built Environment sectors.
• Hunter mindset with ability to manage renewal calendar and project health.
• Strong industry networks among real estate developers, building management firms, main contractors or consultants in the region.
• Ability to read project scopes and understand HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical and Pumps.
• Proven experience in high-value B2B contract negotiations and tender bidding environments.
• Excellent executive communication across levels, including C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Open doors, build strategic alliances and secure high-value commercial M&E contracts.
• Identify, cold-call, pitch and establish relationships with key industry players.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
• Scout and secure partnerships with hardware and software vendors to enhance digital tools.
• Monitor market developments to identify high-value service needs ahead of competitors.
• Track maintenance contract lifecycles and renewals to protect revenue and margins.
• Engage clients to upsell services and secure renewal signatures.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quantity Surveyors to monitor on-site metrics and efficiency targets.
• Manage risk, scope creep, and onboarding of new projects.
