FOMO Pay PTE. LTD. invites a Partnerships Intern to support the Senior Executive / Associate Manager, Partnerships, and the Head of Partnerships.

The role focuses on developing and managing strategic alliances that fuel growth, product innovation, and global market expansion, with hands-on experience from partner engagement through to technical integration and go-live. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong passion for and foundational understanding of the global fintech and digital payments ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Market & Partner Research: Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with business strategy and expansion plans.
• Onboarding & Compliance Support: Coordinate due diligence and KYC/KYB requirements and internal approvals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Business, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Project Tracking: Track implementation milestones, resolve dependencies, and update go-live plans for API integrations and UAT testing.
• Pipeline & Reporting Management: Maintain partnership pipeline, commercial terms, and documentation repository.
• Administrative Support: Draft concise, regular reporting on negotiations and integration statuses.

About the Role!

As a Partnerships Intern, you will directly support the Senior Executive / Associate Manager, Partnerships, and work closely with the Head of Partnerships. Your primary objective will be to assist in developing and managing the strategic alliances that fuel FOMO Pay's business growth, product innovation, and global market expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced fintech and digital payments ecosystem, helping the team coordinate from initial partner engagement through to technical integration and go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Partner Research: Assist the team in identifying and evaluating potential new partners that align with FOMO Pay's business strategy, product roadmap, and global market expansion plans.
• Onboarding & Compliance Support: Aid in the partner onboarding lifecycle by helping to coordinate comprehensive due diligence, KYC/KYB requirements, and internal approvals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a supporting liaison to help coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration.
• Project Tracking: Assist in tracking implementation milestones, resolving dependencies, and updating go-live plans for technical API integrations and UAT testing.
• Pipeline & Reporting Management: Help maintain a robust partnership pipeline, commercial terms, and documentation repository.
• Administrative Support: Assist in drafting concise, regular reporting on ongoing negotiations, integration statuses, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• A strong passion for and foundational understanding of the global fintech and digital payments ecosystem, including banks, payment service providers, and digital asset service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning about API and system integrations from a strategic business perspective.
• Proactive, commercially driven, and highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive and concurrently manage multiple workstreams in FOMO Pay's fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
