Job summary

HSBC Life Singapore seeks a Partnerships Development Manager to enhance case management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes coordinating recruitment efforts for Wealth Solutions Consultants and onboarding processes to ensure seamless client service delivery.

The position requires Life insurance experience, strong communication, and strategic execution skills, with a focus on expanding distribution channels and NTI

Qualifications

• Sales and/or working experience in Life and/or GI insurance.
• Strong distribution channels/Life Operations background.
• Diploma/Degree in Business or related fields of study.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic and results-driven mindset.
• Good with numbers and adept in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Case Manager: follow up on outstanding requirements and coordinate with internal Ops/NB; run penders list and chase for account openings.
• Business Development Support: collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on Branch & Mobile strategies to grow NTI and Repeat sales.
• Support joint synergy projects between SingPost and Tied Agency; coordinate TM with offshore team and prepare TM reports.
• Drive internal recruitment of Wealth Solutions Consultants (WSC) and liaise with recruitment companies.
• Onboarding of new WSCs: prepare materials and certification requirements for RNF and onboarding.
