imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG) is an innovative incubation space empowering working professionals to create change and contribute to the community. As a Senior Manager, you will lead business development and strategic partnerships to expand iHLG's reach and create growth opportunities.

You will identify corporate engagements, develop income-generating initiatives, and leverage iHLG's programmes, facilities and networks to generate value for partners and the community.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships and/or commercial management or related fields.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop proposals and assess commercial viability.
• Experience supervising or leading a team with strong project and stakeholder management.
• Desirable: Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity and shows sound judgment.
• Desirable: Commercially minded and resourceful, translating opportunities into practical initiatives.
• Desirable: Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Desirable: Collaborative, connecting teams and stakeholders while balancing income and community outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and develop new business and partnership opportunities aligned with iHLG's priorities and community purpose.
• Explore new offerings and collaborative initiatives leveraging iHLG's programmes, spaces and networks.
• Develop compelling value propositions and proposals in response to partner needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from concept to implementation and evaluation.
• Engage corporates and organisations to build mutually beneficial relationships and translate partner priorities into tailored opportunities.
• Lead partnership discussions, proposals and cultivate sustained relationships beyond one-off activities.
• Develop business cases and implementation proposals with value, feasibility and resource considerations.
• Use market trends and engagement insights to identify emerging needs and inform new initiatives.
• Establish measures of success including partnership quality and organisational impact.
• Lead and develop staff, oversee budgets and procurement to ensure effective delivery.
