Job summary

People’s Association, through imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG), seeks a Senior Manager to lead business development and strategic partnerships to expand iHLG’s reach and create income-generating opportunities for the community.

You will identify corporate engagements, collaborate on programmes and manage a pipeline from ideation to delivery, while guiding a team and overseeing budgets and advisory committee interactions. Shift work across weekdays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
• Ability to develop proposals and assess viability.
• Experience supervising a team and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and partnerships to expand iHLG’s reach and create income opportunities.
• Identify, assess and develop new business opportunities aligned with iHLG’s priorities.
• Develop compelling value propositions and proposals for partner needs.
• Build and manage a pipeline from conceptualisation to delivery and evaluation.
• Oversee team delivery, budgets and procurement, ensuring responsible resource use.
