Job summary

Klook Travel Technology PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to drive partnerships with spa, activities and leisure merchants and to grow the merchant network globally.

You will craft compelling pitches, manage relationships with partners, and work cross-functionally to deliver revenue growth across Klook's platform, while collaborating with international teams and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Business Development, Sales or Trade, or in Revenue/Account management.
• English proficiency is required for global collaboration.
• Proficiency in sales techniques such as pitching, negotiation, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with internal teams, external partners and clients.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with merchants and partners.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address merchants’ needs and challenges.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of Spa/Activities & Leisure for Klook’s global customer base.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to merchants; negotiate deals and drive growth.
• Maintain regular communication with merchants; conduct business reviews and identify opportunities.
• Build trust and relationships with partners to enhance their sales potential on Klook’s platforms.
