Klook Travel Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager, Brand Growth to join the Global Brand Marketing team. You will connect brand to product, audience insight, and growth, shaping stories that resonate and drive business impact across regions.

The role blends creativity with data, working across paid media, Kreator, PR, social and local markets to deliver one clear consumer story and stronger lower-funnel impact.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in brand, integrated marketing or communications planning.
• Left-brain brand mindset with data-driven decision making and measurement focus.
• Experience working across regional or global campaigns and multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of paid media and lower-funnel marketing.
• Ability to distill messy inputs into a clear point of view.
• AI-curious and proactive about experimentation with better ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Identify priority products and categories to integrate into Brand activity.
• Gather and synthesise audience and market insights.
• Turn product benefits into compelling consumer propositions and stories.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across Brand, paid media, Kreator, PR, social and local markets.
• Bring stronger Brand thinking into lower-funnel and commercial activity.
• Partner with research and analytics teams to measure Brand impact.
• Turn performance and research into actionable recommendations.
• Explore how AI can improve speed, quality and scale of work.
