Job summary

The Rice Company Limited is seeking an experienced Executive in Singapore to support fundraising, partnerships, and donor engagement. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across campaigns, sponsorship development, donor management, and event project management.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet fundraising targets and strengthen long-term partnerships, with opportunities to manage budgets and deliver impactful communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in partnership development, fundraising, event management or non-profit organisations. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong interest may be considered.
• Experience in writing sponsorship proposals, appeal letters and presentation decks is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships with donors, sponsors, vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of fundraising strategies, campaigns, and concepts to meet annual targets.
• Research, identify, and cultivate potential donors, sponsors and corporate partners.
• Draft sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and funding appeals aligned with donor objectives.
• Assist in securing and managing partnerships with clear deliverables and sustained engagement.
• Maintain donor databases and prepare donor reports and impact updates.
• Plan, coordinate and support fundraising events from pre-event to post-event follow-up.
