Qualifications

• Recognised bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in research management or industry development within a research setting.
• Strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the local research, innovation and enterprise ecosystem.
• Resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic analysis of industry data to identify key sectors and potential partners for collaboration.
• Develop and execute both short- and long-term strategies to engage industry sectors aligned with national priorities and NUS/CDE’s research interests.
• Oversee the execution of industry engagement strategies, ensuring successful delivery on time and alignment with ORT goals.
• Track and assess the outcomes of industry engagement initiatives, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead efforts to enhance and expand educational and training programmes (IPGP) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and establish best practices for industry engagement.
• Oversee reporting to senior leadership and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
